The New Creator Portal is Your Event Command Center

The Creator Portal just got its biggest update ever. Every screen has been redesigned to be easy to use and a new home dashboard tells you how your events are doing the moment you sign in. If you have not opened the portal in a while now is the perfect time to look.

A fresh look on every screen

Events, tickets, guest lists, reports, publish tools... every screen in the portal has been rebuilt with the new Nrby look: cleaner layouts, the metrics you asked for, and less hunting for the thing you came to do. The information you check most sales, your next event, and tonight's door now sits at the front.

Runs your event night from a phone

The whole portal has always been mobile friendly, however with upgraded tables, easy to use customer tracking, and guest list management that matters most on event night. Door View, guest lists, live sales all of it works from the phone already in your pocket. While the whole platform is extremely laptop and tablet friendly, not having to bring a computer balanced on a stool at the door comes in handy.

A dashboard that leads with what's next

The new home screen opens with a your Next Event card: a countdown to the doors opening, your price range, and one-click buttons for event Manage and Door View. On event day you are always just one tap from the screen you actually need.

Below it sit your sales at a glance: KPI totals, a Sales Overview chart you can flip between tickets and revenue, and sales broken out by event so you can see which show is leading this month.

The dashboard pages are built to be easy to use and easy to understand. You have access to anything event related both in terms of managing you upcoming event or getting suggestions for your next potential event.
