Coming Soon: Email and SMS Outreach
The hardest part of selling the next event is reaching the people who loved the last one. Email and SMS Outreach are coming to the Creator Portal, it's a way to send branded email blasts and text messages to your audience without ever leaving the place where your events already live. Arriving Fall 2026, and here is what is on the way.
Emails that look like your event
Outreach emails will carry your event's hero image and branding, so what lands in the inbox looks like the show, not some generic form. Ready made templates cover the sends every organizer repeats.
The goal is to retire the last-week scramble of a separate email tool, a fresh list export, an hour of formatting and replace it with a few clicks inside the portal you already use.
Sent to the right people
Blasts will go where they should, not everywhere. Audience targeting reaches the people connected to your profile list, and custom audiences let you build your own segments; so the reminder goes to people who have not bought yet, and the thank you goes to the people who came to support you.
Your existing list, welcome here
Most organizers already have a list: years of sign-up sheets, past events, a newsletter. You will be able to upload those outside contacts, with opt-in confirmed at upload so you are only ever emailing people who said yes.
Uploaded contacts are shared across your event group and managed in one Full Email List view, so the whole team works from the same audience instead of six competing spreadsheets. Build the list once so every future event starts warmer.
Texts for the moments that matter
Email is for the story; texts are for the moment. SMS blasts will reach ticket holders with all the information they need... doors moved, set times posted, or a tomorrow night reminder. Short, timely, and straight to the pocket of someone who is already coming.
What to do while you wait
Three things. First, get the fundamentals down with email and SMS event marketing good list-building habits now mean a bigger audience on day one. Second, start measuring your promo with Marketing Links and QR codes, which are coming soon; knowing which channels sell will make your first blasts smarter. And third, if your next event is not on Nrby yet, create it every ticket you sell between now and launch is another person your first campaign can reach.
