Join us every Wednesday at Darby Park for a welcoming community walk focused on health, connection, encouragement and connection!

Join Cleanse with Chrissy for Wednesday Walks—a welcoming weekly community walk designed to help you move your body, clear your mind, meet new people and grow together.

We meet every Wednesday at Darby Park in Inglewood. Check-in begins at 6:15 PM, and the walk starts promptly at 6:30 PM.

What to expect:

- A friendly, relaxed walk suitable for all fitness levels - Encouragement and positive conversation - An opportunity to connect with new people - Free Pre-Workout and Creatine samples while supplies last - Free parking in the park lot—enter from Arbor Vitae Street

Meeting location: Meet at the park entrance of the parking lot adjacent to the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center.

Come alone or bring a friend! Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather and bring water.
