Join us for 10 consecutive days of food, culture, and fun as Taste of Taiwan 2026 brings the flavors, sights, and spirit of Taiwan to Southern California!
From October 2–11, 2026, STC Rowland Legacy will come alive with Taiwanese night-market favorites, regional specialties, Indigenous cuisine, Taiwanese tea and specialty coffee, cultural performances, traditional games, entertainment, and family-friendly activities.
Whether Taiwan is already close to your heart or you're discovering it for the first time, Taste of Taiwan is an invitation to experience the island through food, culture, and community.

Discover flavors inspired by Taiwan's famous night markets and regional food traditions, including Shilin, Fengjia, Tainan, Taipei, Taitung, and beyond.

Visitors will also have an opportunity to discover another side of Taiwan through Indigenous-inspired cuisine and cultural experiences, Taitung-inspired tea beverages, Taiwanese specialty coffee, and traditions from different regions of the island.
