Sign up to be a vendor at the 2026 Cannon County Fair, October 7-10! Showcase your business or organization to our community

Join us as a vendor at the 2026 Cannon County Fair, October 7-10!

We’re excited to welcome local businesses, organizations, food vendors, and community partners to be part of this year’s fair. Vendor spaces are available throughout the event and are a great opportunity to connect with community members and showcase your products, services, or organization.

For Non-profit organizations, there is not a fee to participate. Non-profit organizations will be showcased in a designated area on Friday 10/8 and Saturday 10/9. This is a set your own hours event - meaning when you are set-up, you must have someone "manning" the table. This can be at your convivence during the fairs operating hours on Friday evening or Saturday. Example: if you are only available Saturday from 10 AM - 4 PM, then just set up on Saturday. If you are available on both days, you may be able to leave your table in place, but you must take materials with you each time you depart.

Please complete this registration to reserve your vendor space. Additional information regarding setup, vendor hours, space requirements, and other event details will be provided to registered vendors.

We look forward to having you be part of the 2026 Cannon County Fair!
