Event Description
Get ready to level up your knowledge on work sanctions with our informative in-person training session.
The Work Sanctions Enhancement In-Depth Training is a hands-on session on the recent changes to how work sanctions are managed in CATCH. The enhancement automates key steps in the sanctions workflow, updates the business rules that drive sanction actions, and changes how noncompliance cases move from identification to resolution.
This training goes beyond the introductory brown bag sessions. You'll walk through the updated workflow step by step, see the new CATCH screens in action, and work through real-world case scenarios with a trained facilitator.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Explain what changed in the sanctions process and why - Navigate the updated CATCH screens and automated actions - Apply the new business rules to common noncompliance scenarios - Know where to go for support after the training
Sessions are tailored to three audiences: supervisors and program leadership, case managers, and service providers.
