Join us for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation- a practice to deepen your spiritual gifts and connection to source energy.

Physical location is in a private garden near the Grova, LA 90036

This is a weekly class to deepen your spiritual and meditation practice and connect to source energy.

Each class will consist of physical movement, breath exercises, meditation and mantra work.

We will work on a different theme each week- i.e. abundance, heart healing, chakra clearing, etc.

You are able to release a lot of heavy energy and activate dormant spiritual gifts through this practice.

Bring: Yoga Mat, Water Bottle, Crystals (optional)
